That's just a crock. Sure there are a few crazy women who make false claims, just as there are men who report crimes that never occurred but there is NO incentive for a woman to make up a fake sexual assault allegation. Keep your pants zipped and your hands to yourself and I'm quite sure you will make it through life without a single sexual assault allegation.
