Many are saying the performance depicted students dressed as doctors and nurses holding SWAT team members at gunpoint.
Doesn't look like the kids were trying to be police but it was in poor taste.
Why in order to get the point across that it was in bad taste does the original article have misinformation about the kids pretending to shoot cops........
It's in bad taste whatever they are suppose to be doing.
The comments condeming the halftime show are worse.
Charges should be pressed on them for bringing guns to a school event! There have been children expelled for bringing fake guns on school property! Such poor taste!
How was this allowed to even happen? Sick and crazy people. They should all be expelled & who ever is over them Principles & Teachers should be fired. This is uncalled for.
A halftime show with the Movie Q as the theme. Not a good choice with the gun hysteria out there AND especially right after 2 officers lost their lives only adds to the dumb move.

These shows are created by band directors. The adults in charge here were way out of line.
I can't believe the school administrators didn't have a clue about the show. I can't believe the director and the kids didn't know what they were doing was inappropriate.
If so......we have serious issues here and administrators need to look at their hiring practices (what kind of band director chooses to put kids in this kind of situation).

We're lucky nobody took action or had a heart attack at this thing.
Public school systems are no longer used to educate the public so they can become outstanding and productive members of society later on. The public school systems have been hijacked by the CIA and using the poor kids as lab rat to experiment on brainwashing and indoctrination of the young mind, and their experiments are working.
Yep, they have been doing this since the 1960s.
