The less trump works, the better. He should just play golf until he loses in 2020.

What? Did you think he was golfing there at no cost to the taxpayers?
Just to start with, everywhere the President goes, he has Secret Service protection. It is a federal crime for a Secret Service agent to accept gifts, freebies, or discounts in the course of their duties. So each and every person on the President’s protection detail is paying full price for rooms and meals at that luxury resort. And the room rates at Mar-a-Lago doubled during the campaign. The Secret Service pays the tab on those expensive rooms, which means the federal government and the taxpayers are paying a lot of money into Donald Trump’s pocket every time he takes a day off.

Additionally the secret service pays to rent the elevator while he is there, and pays to rent golf carts for themselves while there. Trump is raking in the dough this way.
The Clintons rent out the guest houses on every property they own to the secret service to the tune of millions of dollars a year. Stop crying that this is something new. It isn't. I'm sure Obama is renting out part of his property in DC to the SS as well. You don't like it, lobby your congressional leaders to change the policies.

At least Trump has donated all of his Presidental salary to charity and he doesn't collect Social Security and he won't take the Presidental pension either The Clintons and Obama's are their own charities and have never given anyone a damn thing that didn't have strings attached and you can bet your bottom dollar they never met a taxpayer dollar they didn't like.

The Clintons charge them $1,100 a month for it. Not exactly the millions you imply. And while Im not sure of Obamas charges I do have every reason to believe they are similar.

But I DO know Trump charged the secret service almost 60,000 for cart rentals last year.

Oh wow. He donated his salary....he makes more charging the secret service for things then he makes. And lets not even start going on about how he has folks staying at trump hotels in order to influence him, or all the other corrupt financial things going on.

Defending this really isn't going to work well for you.

Lol. Not when he himself says it. Its been well known for YEARS that Trump doesn't sleep much. I do the same thing. Bed between midnight and 1 up at 6:30.

A quibble. When a government official or employee is staying at a hotel, eating meals or even renting golf carts while on "official business" the charges, while the bill may nominally have that official's/employee's name on it that bill, will be charged to and paid by the governmental agency/department. So a non-charge for, say, a golf cart wouldn't fall under that official accepting a personal gift.

Trump gets more done in a day than Obama could in month.

You can tell by Trump's tweets that his mind is constantly on work.
I've never seen a President with more passion for political issues than Trump.
