Based on a TON of past experience with "Trump said X" I'm going to guess that he never actually said it and somebody is out to make a buck claiming he did.

IMO,

There are MANY, MANY, MANY people on higher positions and in our regular lives, who are racists to the core. But at the same time, they are cunning hypocrites who are very good at hiding it.

They won’t utter a racially inclined word from their mouths so that they don’t get into trouble with the law, but their actions and their use of power, pretty much plays a bias role against certain races, nationalities, ethnicities etc.

In that sense, IMO, Trump even though having lots of short comings, was at least open about it when said whatever he said.
I think it makes him less dangerous than those racists who don’t bark but they bite.

Actually I don't see anything racist about that comment...what I find racist and stupid are the left making out that blacks are victims and believing fake promises. So yes in that regard they are stupid for continual voting for democrats.
