Its a myth that needs to die.
Not really they were aspirational but had their doubts about egalitarianism. So what, if they were at the time? Just about every where else in the world at the time was much, much worse. Democrats are racist bigots, hypocrites, deniers of reality and often socialist even today.

Anybody who actually called for that would be looked at as a joke, anyone who believed it was a serious threat would be a bigger joke though.

Absolutely hilarious to see people who defend nazis are worried about a genocide against white males. Like, what?

White males rule the world bruh. We ain't going anywhere, we just hope that the fools amongst us stop making the rest of us look like ****.
Who's defending Nazis?

Anyway, here's an of examples of an academic calling for killing all white people and yet didn't have his career in ruins. Later the guy said it was "satire" and that he was "driven to resign" from his job, but he wasn't fired, and he found work at another university.

Drexel professor reprimanded for 'White Genocide' tweet claims it was satire - Philly

Left wing darling, Muslim Linda Sarsour said we should stop "humanizing Jews."

Being "white" is a form of non-identity. Its meaningless.

Who is saying you need to berate yourself? You the individual did nothing wrong. "White" identity on the other hand has been hugely problematic for anyone here who wasn't considered "white". Which for large portions of American history included other "white" people. The Irish were considered nonwhite when they came over, as were Italians. Being "white" is nothing more then a false fabricated measuring stick in order to oppress the underclass. Its not a real identity.

This may be laughable to you and me. I thought the same thing when I read the posts by the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooter but believe it. It is a common propoganda/disinformation theme in White Nationalist discussions - somehow these poor disadvantaged Nationalists will be bred out of existence in the next 100 years.

It's used to fire-up their supporters - just like the Migrant Caravan was used. These people are already looking for any convenient excuse to hate, even if not a one of them can actually give you a definition of a white person.

Most of them were cowards and hypocrites and should not be looked at with any kind of sacred reverence. Thomas Jefferson was the one who many penned the phrase "all men are created equal" he wrote that then would go back to his plantation Monticello where he would rape his slaves. He was the embodiment of cognitive dissonance.

By 1776 most European nations had already outlawed slavery so in that regard they were actually behind the times. By allowing only wealthy, land owning, white males to be active in government. They essentially carried over the class based feudal system of Europe and repackaged here and dazzled it with flowery words. In essence it was the same garbage they had over there.

Really, so you know what it was like everyone else in the world in 1776? Also if you happened to be Native American or Black in America in 1776 you were in the worst place on earth. So your statement is total nonsense.

Just a bunch of critical theory and factually incorrect claims. Vermont in 1777 was the first independent state that it was at the time in the world to outlaw slavery. America along with Britain were the some of the first to ban the slave trade in 1807, 1808. Why are people with attitudes like that in America to begin with?

Guy was an idiot. and should have known better.
I believe his response, but he should have known that publishing that tweet would go badly for him.

So we have 1 white guy who tweeted about it, got blasted all over right wing media within a day, had his job inundated with calls and emails demanding his firing, and ultimately had to leave his job. Also received numerous death threats.

The guy was an idiot for doing it, he's faced the consequences, but should have seen them coming.

This goes counter to the point you were trying to make, and really paints the right as melting snowflakes.

If there were any incorrect claims then you should be able to easily point them out.

You sound triggered. Aren't you lot the ones always droning on and on about freedom of speech and freedom of ideas on college campus, yadda, yadda, yadda. The second you leave Plato's Cave and encounter ideas that challenge your beliefs you become unglued. Maybe you should just wonder on back to your own little safe space.
