Sign what?....nothing they've signed so far has made any difference anyway..and they don't even do it

America signed nothing.....and dropped it's emissions more than any other country

...it's up to them now, not us

Wrong. The USA reduced carbon emissions more than any other nation, but other countries reduced carbon emissions YUGELY as well. Our carbon emission decrease is due to our increased use of natural gas and our decreased use of coal.
