One again, she is NOT a direct employee of Trump or his household; why do the usual panderers to class-consciousness and irrational hatreds repeatedly try to appeal to these prejudices? Because they know the mindset to which they're pandering!

The Times also examined the documents Ms. Morales presented as proof that she was entitled to work — a permanent resident card, or green card, and a Social Security card, both of which she said she purchased from someone in New Jersey who produced counterfeit documents for immigrants.
The Times ran Ms. Morales’s purported Social Security number through several public records databases and none produced a match, which is often an indication that the number is not valid.
Ya'll are upset that an illegal alien was hired by one of Trump's businesses but not at all how easily this woman came here illegally, obtained false documents, got a job, and is applying for asylum because I guess cultivating corn in Guatemala is considered persecution and puts her life at risk. And even though she makes well over minimum wage for NJ, has received tips and complements and even an award she plans on suing for workplace abuse and discrimination.
I hope her and all the other illegals working at the golf club are deported and the managers who looked the other way knowing their status are fired.
I did notice these few acts of true evil by Donald Trump.
Quote:
She recalled a nervous moment in 2012, when Mr. Trump approached her and asked her to follow him to the clubhouse, a renovated 1930s Georgian manor, where he proceeded to run his fingers around the edges of frames on the wall and over table surfaces to check for dust.
“You did a really great job,” she said he told her, and handed her a $100 bill.
Quote:
Ms. Morales said she will never forget the day Mr. Trump pulled up to the pro shop in his cart as she was washing its large, arched windows. Noticing that Ms. Morales, who is shy of five feet tall, could not reach the top, he said, “Excuse me,” grabbed her rag and wiped the upper portion of the glass.
Mr. Trump then asked Ms. Morales her name and where she was from, she recalled. “I said, ‘I am from Guatemala.’ He said, ‘Guatemalans are hard-working people.’” The president then reached into his pocket and handed her a $50 bill.
E-verify would have caught that. Why didn't they check her out more thoroughly?
When a president rails and rails against undocumented workers for years, it makes him look pretty stupid when it's found he employs them, doesn't it?
Congress has yet to pass any legislation requiring business to check out new hires more thoroughly. Maybe e-verify did return a no match but the two crooked supervisors looked the other way.
As stated most CEO's dont hire directly. From the article:There is no evidence that Mr. Trump or Trump Organization executives knew of their immigration status. But at least two supervisors at the club were aware of it, the women said, and took steps to help workers evade detection and keep their jobs.
Did you read the article? The NJ club does not use e-verify.
that is because liberal new jersey does not require e-verify..liberals have fought it tooth and nail
