They overpriced anyways and most of their items really are cheaply made junk. IMO

Same with Academy. The only guns they have at competitive prices are the junk ones, like roughrider revolvers.

Nothing to do with ethics. You can make unethical decisions and that is what they did.

a.) Rights don't come from the Constitution.
b.) How is a privately-owned business refusing to stock certain products violating anyone's rights?
