The opposition parties get to publicly grill the majority party & the PM. (& also grand stand).

Afterwards they get down to the boring business of legislating.

In the UK & Canada the government can't hide behind Sarah Sanders' skirt.

Considering that the British have used this system for more or less 800 years, I would say that it has worked fairly well. What other countries have systems that have worked better for longer than the British?
