No one else is going to say this, so I will. In 24 years of surfing the Internet/World Wide Web, the vast majority of message boards/forums are dominated by men. The enjoyable ones were unpoliced, short of someone making a real, deliverable threat against someone. That means that nasty words, insults, racism, sexism, the whole enchilada were allowed. Guys deal with it. Barely anyone threatens to have someone shut up or stopped. It's cyberspace, not the real world.
Then you have places like this. You will notice that most of the moderators are women. This place in general has far more women than most online forums. Unsurprisingly, you have far more rules and far more policing. That's because women react far differently to the behavior I mentioned above. They take those things much more personally and are much, much more willing to demand that someone be shut up or banned for writing things they don't like. This is how you get these silly filters so that no one is wounded by a dumb ethnic slur or a reference to genitalia (the horror!)
Very few guys, particularly guys above a certain age, would ever want to be a schoolmarm here nor anywhere else. You will, however, find many women who will be happy to take on the role of schoolmarm in places like this to make sure people aren't writing things that might hurt someones' feelings or jar someone into thinking about something they don't want to think about.
The male mods here seem to follow the snowflake women who run the place. Very sensitive at no offending anyone. This is impossible and have people give opinions and not have someone offended. Personally I believe trannys are mentally ill. There is something not correct in their brain. Its not an attack its just a fact. If its not a choice then something was not formed right. There are people who want to have legs and arms amputated, they are mentally ill. These snowflakes who get up set and melt at every little thing are people who have not back bone and just want the world to coddle them. This in and of itself is a very bad character trait.
So, are you saying you want to ban words because of "Hate Speech"? How tolerant, and inclusive.
Just kidding Cat!
Bottom line is yeah, I doubt the producers of James Bond care about what this unknown guy thinks. The franchise has been screwed up for decades due to other reasons, not "Tr*nnies".
Not particularly, but I do value consistency. If people must be careful about the words they use when discussing their pets, guns, and (at least for the Brits among us) cigarettes, there's no reason why they cannot also take the extra two seconds required to spell out the word "transmission."
Truthfully, I think the ideal would be to make it all about context, but as Mikala pointed out, the software doesn't work that way.

Because its all BS and reflective of a world where speech is controlled by the leftist idiot retards.

It's good that we have folks like you here to make sure we don't lapse into using terms that might offend someone. After all, that would be bad. We all know that psychological harm...trauma...results from hearing or reading words that offends us. That's "settled science," right?
