Other than the obvious, repeated lies ….

The teleprompter he read from wasn't even behind the camera. His eyes were always off to the left which gave it an odd effect.

It seemed every time he came up on a word that had more than 2 syllables, he would pause trying to figure it out before continuing on.

It was so obviously scripted, deadpan, un-emotional that it just might qualify for the worst delivery ever.

Weak. Nothing new, he just regurgitated the same old arguments. And his mic was turned up too loud, you could hear him breathing through his nose the entire time, which was kind of weird.

Donald Trump didn't convince anybody last night that doesn't already own a MAGA hat.

Also, I knew Trump was a coward. He didn't have the cojones to claim the national emergency to build his wall. Yellow-bellied wimp.

There were no lies. Point one out.

It was a great speech. Even greater when you consider he appears to be fighting a cold.

The Democrats rebuttal was "kick the can down the road". Clear win for Trump.

Far better than the response the vampire and skeleton gave afterwards . Everything out of their mouth was a lie . Every time they say the wall is ineffective , they are lying .

Fighting a cold? He always seems to sniff when he's reading from a teleprompter.

For someone who claims to be the best negotiator, it looks more and more like Trump doesn't know how to negotiate.

Government shutdowns end with both sides giving some concessions, both sides give a little to meet in the middle. But we are in the third week of the shutdown and Donald Trump has literally not once mentioned what he might give to Democrats in exchange for his wall.

Donald the Dummy.

The Democratic response was, don't hold the nation hostage for a policy you can't get the Congress to approve. That's not how it works. And don't make 800,000 Americans work without pay.

Trump didn't even address those workers who won't be able to make their bills in a few days, because he doesn't give a damn about them.

Clear loss for Trump.

Rumor has it that his nose breathing/sniffling is due to his snorting Adderall...
