I covered that earlier. Even if he does something he can't do and the courts block him he still wins.
So it looks like he has cobbled together a mishmash of things the Democrats have rejected before. How is this negotiating in good faith? It's not. It's political grandstanding. Which is the intent.
He should something they actually want, like citizenship for Dreamers. That would be a real starting point. Offering things they previously rejected is not.

I noted things he could do that would create a win for him. He did the one thing that will not. He did nothing but repeat his same old arguments. None of them included living up to his promise to make Mexico pay.
