I also think this was probably not real. Owner is a liberal snowflake wanting to "draw attention" to what he considers a problem, like how the racist messages at the Air Force Academy turned out to be written by a black cadet, how that mosque was burned down by one of its own members, and how that Muslim girl who was assaulted in the subway by white racists actually invented that story. I'd say at least a quarter if not half of hate crimes accusations are fake.
That gay black actor that claimed he was attacked may also have made up that story as no evidence of that alleged event even exists!!!!! The Muslim girl did injure herself and claim it was a hate crime.
Plus I don't see someone simply say they don't tip immigrants. Most people know we are descended from immigrants. The most pro-wall people I know don't deny their immigrant ancestors and simply stress they came legally. If the receipt had said they don't tip "illegals" that would have been a bit more believable.
What's worse? If it was written by an SJW liberal mother-in-law, that's what.

Here's leftist privilege and its purpose:
1. Declare some group of people a victim class.
2. Declare other people privileged for not being in victim class
3. indict privileged group for class crimes that individuals did not commit
4. Extract fraudulent reparations for non-existent crimes
5. Victim class keeps leftists in power
6. Leftists now positioned to destroy sovereignty, capitalism, and constitution.
I remember the one a couple of years back where some young black woman waitress wrote "n----r" on a customer's receipt claiming that they wrote it. She put it on Facebook but she forgot to blank out the customer's name and they sued. The waitresses' handwriting matched the slur and it was game over!
(Also the lingo. The hardliners would have wrote "Illegals" instead of being PC term "Immigrants" )
