Cop out. Those aren't "laws."

There are two kinds of laws.

First is the laws against aggression such as violent crimes and scams, which are not what we are talking about.

The second is against peaceful people. Laws such as minimum wage and income taxes are all aiming to confiscate wealth and enslave people.

Without exception, socialism passes laws against peaceful people, enslaving them under the name of the greater good or the collective.

How about jaywalking? Jaywalkers are peaceful people. According to your reasoning, jaywalking laws are socialist.

How about speeders? Speeders are peaceful people. According to your reasoning, speed limit laws are socialist.

What about laws requiring auto insurance? Most drivers are peaceful people. According to your reasoning, requiring auto insurance is socialist.

I could go on and on, frankly, just about forever.

Health laws, such as laws requiring restaurants to be clean and pass inspection, are socialist. Restaurant owners aren't violent and are not running a scam, so according to your reasoning, health laws like that are socialist.

How about laws protecting rare and endangered species? Heck, they aren't even protecting people, so surely they must be socialist.

What about building codes in buildings? They are not violent crimes or scams, so according to you, they must be socialist.

Your criteria are utterly ridiculous.

When you drive a car on public roads, you are putting other people in danger.

All need to be abolished.

It’s ridiculous to believe these laws do any good.

Why do socialists stand with Hollywood rich people like Madonna, Jay Z, Beyoncé etc.

None of those celebrities are on the left.
Response in red.

When you walk out into public with a cold or flu or some other communicable disease, you are putting other people in danger. You could also use that potentially dangerous automobile to crash into someone and injure them, thus needing hospitalization. It's odd you think it's OK for the damages to the car to be protected by law, but not the damages to the people inside the cars.

Thus, I could use your own criteria to make a case for universal health insurance.

I know that when your entire knowledge based comes from talk radio, things like this may be hard to fathom.
