Keep in mind that its pretty easy not to be triggered by what some Hollywood celeb says. You don't have to follow them on social media and if you see their name in a headline, you don't have to read that story.
I have to keep reminding myself that she's not Jennifer Love Hewitt and was never on "Criminal Minds." Some folks let her live in their minds.
