........Tell you what.

How about we open up an investigation into you?

The fact that we have no evidence that you've done anything wrong notwithstanding.

We're going to give ourselves unlimited power and authority to do pretty much anything we want, look as far back into your life as we want, investigate all of your friends, family and business associates..... without ever giving any particular reason to justify the investigation that's backed up by any actual evidence against you.

We're going to keep the investigation going as long as we want without defining an end goal or anything else that will signify a conclusion to the investigation or your innocence of any possible charges now or in the future.

During the course of the investigation, if you or any of your friends, family or business associates say anything even remotely contradictory to something else they've said in the previous months or years that we've been interviewing and questioning them, then we'll charge them with lying or obstruction, even though the charges will be a result of the investigation itself..

Then we'll use those charges that we pretty much created as leverage to get them to roll over on you or other members of your circle of friends and family or business associates.

We will also hire a bunch of people that don't like you to run the investigation and we will keep this going ad nauseum until we say we're finished.

And oh BTW, it will also cost you and all of your associates hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars in legal defense fees that you will never recover.

Deal?

I mean, you have nothing to worry about if you've not done anything wrong.....

Right?

Right?
Trump looked the American people in the eye during his campaign and swore up and down he had no deals with Russia, even while at that very moment he was negotiating the biggest deal of his life with them. And at that same time Russia was on a full-stop, multi-faceted campaign to sway the election towards Trump. Those are irrefutable facts. Any American who doesn't want this investigated is a traitor. There's just no other way to put it.

Just one more conspiracy theory these people are so fond of.

It's like daytime TV, professional wrestling or romance novels, all fiction but entertaining to follow for some.

Hoaxters prey on these people and laugh all the way to the bank.

LOL A Hoax is what the Mueller report is. It was designed to ensure that Trump's administration was investigated from the get-go. It was designed to explain away Hillary's loss and to divert attention away from her own campaign's illegal activities, one of which was buying Russian intelligence on Donald J. Trump.

This. If the report clears him so be it.

I doubt most Dems will continue to beat this horse like Republicans did Obama’s birth certificate.

anything short of indictments of Trump or his family will be a bitter defeat. So many here have spent the last two years in make believe land disparaging Trump. Will they close their accounts in shame and despair?

It would be the respectful thing to do.

To that list I would add investigating that "Essential Consultants" slush fund that Michael Cohen was administrating. Why were millions of dollars being secretly funneled into it by corporate donors? We never did get the full scoop on that. https://www.newyorker.com/news/our-c...r-donald-trump

Mueller's report could easily be a road map to more criminal indictments. Mueller's purview was narrow, however, additional crimes were uncovered and successfully prosecuted through the SDNY, District of Columbia, The Eastern District of Virginia, New York State and other AG's. Chris Christie, now the new talking head all over the political circuit is saying that Trump's biggest challenge is the SDNY. Even Breitbart is talking about it. Mueller supplied a road map to the inner workings of a criminal enterprise. Our court systems will dismantle it piece by piece.

Wasn't it Nixon who said that the American people have the right to know if their president is a crook? Ah yes, and yes we do.

Hope that the House dems will pick up where Mueller got cut off by Barr.

Continue to work on unseating him in 2020.
