It definitely is. If you haven't had the chance, I hope you'll check out the book.

LOL on this - you do realize that the current president and GW Bush are similar to the situation at hand right.

Also the president's son in law (Kushner) and more than likely the president's 2 sons as well (they don't seem very bright).

This is a tradition for both political sides in this country.

And I'll note it is a tradition of people of wealth. Poor white people don't get these benefits.

So the hypocrisy is you believing that politics or political ideology has anything to do with wealthy people feeling their kids are entitled to attend any school that they (the parents) want them to go to.

It wouldn't take decades to pay off this, would it? --->

Average college debt after getting a 4 year degree is $29,800, for the 69% of students that have college debt. 31% of college students graduate with zero debt.

Among the Class of 2018, 69% of college students took out student loans, and they graduated with an average debt of $29,800

The overwhelming number of participants were liberal Democrats.
Lori loughlin husband Mossimo Giannulli was a Romney and John Bohmer supporter, but he also donated money to democrats. Its not about party. Its about me, myself and I.

You want to get your masters or doctorate and end up with a high paying job, yeah you are gonna end up paying off those debts for a long long time.

Actually its probably ore about where the guy had fixers. Harvard and Yale still have tough classes you will have to take. But while everyone else is getting A's and B's these rich kids might be there getting C's and D's.....but still passing the class. In the end most folks don't care about your GPA....its all about saying you went to Harvard. So these sub par students get in....and displace some other more deserving student.

Because of corruption like this it’s no surprise we often look at certain people in power and think they’re idiots. A lot of the time they just had more money, connections and privilege then others (also they stole a spot at USC from someone who worked hard and deserved it).

She's right sometimes when others are wrong (and I've stuck up for her when she's right), but you're right, she doesn't give up. One time when she wasn't right, I, along with several others, was part of a 100+page back and forth with her re Obama (being a Natural Born Citizen or not...she says he isn't (IIRC, she does acknowledge/doesn't doubt that Obama was born in Hawaii)). On this thread it seemed that when HM18 refuted the 'state thing', she moved the goalposts to area/city/town/community instead.

Not a Liberal or Conservative issue. It’s more of an issue of MONEY those that have regardless of political leanings have learned that rules can be bent by money and many do it.
