Student loans and job insecurity at the bottom of the list? No mention of health issues, paying for healthcare, paying for childcare, increased cost of living, higher necessary career attainment to achieve lower standards of living than previous generations?

Seems legit.

It's not that most people do these things, it's that these things are listed as "stressing" the millennials out. Do you get "stressed" when you wash the dishes or go to your closet to get clothes to wear? This list is the "top 20" things that they find "stressful". I guess if you don't have any idea what it's like not to have any of those things, of course you can't put things into perspective.

Fair enough. I have long agreed with them that boomers are out of touch with how things are now, but millennials do a whole lot of whining over trivial things.

Biggest problems according to boomers I've encountered online and IRL
  • their kids have to go to school with black people
  • transgender individuals might be allowed basic dignity/peeing in peace
  • gay people are *gasp* getting married!
  • Amazon wants their credit/debit card #
  • prospective employers expect you to know what a resume is
  • there are people walking around and "looking" in their neighborhoods
Why are you getting so upset over a stupid list and others having some fun? JC, this is why people say that millennials have no sense of humor - they take everything so seriously.

Honestly, anyone taking this list seriously doesn't know very many millennials.

More accurate:

https://nypost.com/2017/09/27/millen...essed-out/amp/

Which isn't too different than previous generations.

My kids are Gen X -

They each bought their own car.
They each bought their own House.
We paid their Auto Insurance until they graduated from University.

They graduated from University in 4 years and have no student loans.
We saved from the time they were born for their College educations and they both worked a part time job while in College. They each have graduate degrees and no loans for those either - we did not contribute to Graduate Degrees, they used Scholarships & employer benefits.

Neither kid ever moved back into our home after college.

It's all about how you were raised ..... hopefully they are raising their kids the way they were raised.
Millennials may well be a lost generation. No concept of Reality and an outsized sense of entitlement.

There is a real reason they are called Snowflakes. The tiniest thing thing sends them into a Meltdown.

It was pretty obvious. And fairly accurate of the group of people I find to be the biggest snowflakes here (read: not millennials).
