Many of those obstacles have been created by him. How many of his circle have been indicted and pleaded guilty. While the Mueller report looks to have cleared him from having worked with Russia which even though I don’t like him I’m glad to hear. I wouldn’t want to know that any POTUS worked actively with a Foreign Power to win an election.
There are still a lot of baggage to be cleared. I hope he moves on releasing the report to the public.
