Im not sure I believe this! How could it be when they have the leadership that they do, and have had in the past? I just dont see how its possible for the rank and file field agents to be 'decent' but some bad apples at the top.


Historically, the FBI is WELL KNOWN for gathering dirt on specific people and attempting to use it against them or worse, use it to benefit their own agency/themselves. (if the FBI was like this back then, good chance they are exactly the same or much worse today).
