None of them should be by illegal aliens. They have no right to be here. Their penalties should be much higher. Btw, studies have now been done and their violent crime rates are twice that of those that are here legally. They are ALL lawbreakers. They need to be dealt with firmly.

So what's the acceptable percentage for illegal alien rape? As long as it's less than native-born citizens? And if the OP's motive is to prevent importing more rapists on top of our own rapists, I say that's a pretty noble motive.

All things one is born into with no choice of their own. Trespassing into another country or overstaying one's visa is a CHOICE unrelated to any biological characteristics. It's especially loathsome that one would sneak into a foreign country--a country that is so soft on immigration law we essentially welcome these people like one would a guest in a home--and commit crimes on their soil.

Then, they will continue to either ignore the number of rapes the good ole white boy citizens do or they scoff at it & claim the woman made it up or they will blame the victim “why was she drinking? That is the reality of the situation. They read about one bad illegal, and that is supposed to mean all of them are that way. Just shows how narrow their thinking is. For every bad illegal, there are many more American born citizens who break the law and commit criminal acts.
But, that doesn't fit into their agenda, does it ?
