Using the phrase, "there are very fine people on both sides," infers there are also bad people on both sides, which is what people with common sense understood. Of course, the so-called MSM and the dishonest Democrats took it, lied about it as meaning he was praising the KKK.

I wonder if these people actually are too stupid to understand this, or if they are just dishonest. I sense it's a bit of both.

One of those sides being white supremacists.

Take it up with Trump. They are his words.
There were FOUR sides in total. He was only talking about TWO of them, the only ones that mattered. Nobody cared about the Nazi's or Antifa. Stop spreading lies.

How is it a hoax if there is a video with Trump saying it?

Anyone objective already knows this. But when has the media cared about being impartial, objective and truthful. They are nothing more than leftist cheerleaders.

Hands up don't shoot

Gentle giant

Fine people

Collusion

Russia Russia Russia

The Covington school kids

Etc ..

The media deliberately lies to deceive, manipulate and shape opinions

Not so much a hoax as a deliberate misinterpretation of what he said. A lie, told by amoral politicos and journalists, and spread mostly by idiots who don't know any better.

He said there are fine people on both sides. He also said there were bad people on both sides.

It's simple logic and reasoning. Not all there in the Unite the right rally were good, not all were bad.

He also specifically denounced the extremists and supremacists.

Not all the counter protestors were good, not all were bad.

Read the entire quote in context.

The media deliberately manipulated this to rile weak minded simpletons into a frenzy and to distort what was said and what happened.

If you remotely care about being truthful read this. Open your eyes the media is nothing more than the propoganda wing of the Democratic party. Might as well hire Baghdad Bob.

Not everyone defending the statues was a "white supremacist" .

Just like not everyone protesting them were Antifa.

I know that's a bitter pill for some of you to swallow....

But try chasing it down with a glass of warm milk.

You'll feel better, I promise.

What part of this do you democrats NOT UNDERSTAND?

All we can assume is you Dems are so disappointed he was not calling white supremacists ‘fine people’ that you can’t deal with the actual truth......
He failed to address the specific incidents and specific groups, certainly he could have issued a strongly worded statement regarding those carrying torches. It was a dumb statement him, those were not fine people on one side, the major protestors against the stature removal were not fine people. Keep slapping that head maybe it will sink in.

You have your prejudices and cannot get past that to accurately analyze what happened and what was said. This conversation is pointless to continue.
