The head-in-the-sand mentality on these boards is truly astounding.
Its rather simple.
They are the unelected bureaucrats that think they have a right to decide elections. They don't !!!

How are they deciding elections? They are relying on their collective centuries of expertise and experience to publicly opine that the acts described in the Mueller report would have been prosecuted as felonies but for the President's protected status under the OLC guidelines. They aren't "deciding" anything, much less elections.

Your comment is akin to accusing a doctor who just diagnosed you with cancer of deciding your life.

Mueller had a Grand Jury, in fact - I think he had more than one Grand Jury.
Why do you suppose he did not take his "evidence" of Obstruction and have the Grand Jury issue the indictment???????? They would bring the charges and Mueller doesn't have to and Barr doesn't have to. Easy Peasy

Just one of the questions that Mueller should be asked when he appears before Congress.
If you had evidence to present to the Grand Jury of Obstruction ..... WHY did you not do it? OR if you did present that evidence -- WHY did the Grand Jury NOT indict???

If Obama and Hillary are still walking free I doubt Trump has anything to be concerned about that hey if it makes you Dims feel better than keep dreaming.

Mueller expressly stated that he did not take his evidence of obstruction and have the Grand Jury issue the indictment because the Department of Justice guidelines prohibited from doing so. He doesn't need to testify to that. Its on the second page of Volume II in black and white.

I find it astounding that posters who obviously haven't read or understood the report continue to bloviate about things they have absolutely no clue about.

I'm taking the word of the guy who led a team of *CURRENT* lawyers for two years and found no evidence of collusion. But you're not, because you don't like the outcome. Too bad Skippy.

Bill Barr and Inspector General Horowitz are going to bring the hammer down on the people who are responsible for this lame attempt to remove a duly elected president and destroy his ability to govern. Leftists are going to go to jail.

And Trump is likely to be re-elected.
