Is this why cities like Chicago don't care if Blacks keep killing each other as long as they keep it in their hood ?
This kind of mentality has been around since Blacks were freed from slavery. No one cared if Blacks killed each other as long as the carnage stayed in Black neighborhoods. Back in the day, if it was rumored that a Black person killed or raped a White person, there would be quite a few Blacks getting killed and driven out of the town. Look up Forsyth County, GA.
This "we don't care if Blacks live or die" mentality has existed for over a century. What else is new?

I lived in Chicago and frankly, yes....this is part of the reason Chicago has the approach to policing that they do. Also saves money.
That's why most of the bad areas are essentially "walled in" with rail lines and interstates on most sides of them which makes it hard to get in and out of those neighborhoods. They're alos underserverd by public transportation.
So, to recap....guy shoots a man 5 times, steals his car and says on facebook something about not being taken alive.
Feds show up, he's in the stolen car in question....gets out with a gun and is shot dead.
So how does a riot start? Dudes aunt and a friend probably runs out of the house from 2 blocks away and throws themselves in front of television cameras saying she saw him shot in the back, he was unarmed blah blah blah.

Most cities do this all over America. It's been this was for at least 100 years.

Currently in Chicago, they're not walled in enough. I wish more people owned guns - and I thought I would NEVER say that.

I've been following the Youtube comments about this. The US Marshals say Brandon Webber rammed the stolen car multiple times into their vehicles, before exiting with a weapon and being fatally shot. The neighbors say Brandon was shot 15 to 20 times after he was handcuffed. From what I've read, Marshals are not equipped with bodycams or dashcams, so there is no video of the incident.

They should have body cams. Sadly some people are against it. Some see it as "the police are ALWAYS right".
