One would think if this stuff was really happened, she would have had her phone out taking pictures... where are those at?? She is an embarrassment to this country.

There are sinks built in to the top of the toilets. They use them in some prisons to save space. That may present its own set of bad optics, but it is not unsanitary and it is not inhumane.
I hope you don’t mean the scumbags on the Facebook group that were laughing at the deaths and conditions of those they oversee. Those are the true scumbags and should be fired.
