In her tweet. I bolded the "Black" so you can see the race.

After generations of discrimination, it’s time to give Black families a real shot at homeownership — historically one of the most powerful drivers of wealth. My new policy will remove unfair barriers Black Americans face when they go to qualify for a home loan.

Spoon feed you? Sure.

"So we must right the wrong and -- after generations of discrimination -- give black families a real shot at homeownership -- historically one of the most powerful drivers of wealth," Harris said in a speech Saturday at the Essence Festival in New Orleans in what promises to be the beginning of a series of policy rollouts focusing on the black community.twitter.com

It benefits black people. Great. Is she saying it doesn’t benefit white folks? Are white folks disqualified?

Think of this along the lines of student loans. How's that working out?

Once you "give" something most people will stand in line and perceive government/taxpayer giving as a "gift". So in the mind of many, a gift comes without any requirements, even if it's true to say there are stipulations in order to receive the benefit.

Again... it's another "form" of a student loan program, doomed to failure, alienates the taxpayers, creates a burden, but watch for Ole Bernie to come along with a forgiveness program, for the debt.

How about a "service" that teaches poor folks what they need to do in order to own a home? Y'all remember the saying about, "give a man a fish and he feeds for a day, teach him to fish and he feeds for a lifetime".

Apparently Kamala didn't learn that in law school.

I never said white people were disqualified.

I said she was obviously trying to buy the black vote.
