I'd look to each state's constitution to see what it says about that sort of thing.
You are right. The Constitution does not guarantee these rights. We have elected liberals who are enslaving the poor through entitlements. Since the government has created these rights, what is going to happen when China and Russia start dumping our debts? There isn't going to be any money for entitlements. Spending will have to be cut and we could have massive inflation.

Of course this will happen- any fool can see that. Unfortunately, our country is now run by not any fool, but Obama.

The entitlements and the bread and circuses merry-go-round will come to an end. When that happens, the dems will have no power, as they will not have the ability to placate a dependent population on entitlements. That is when things will get ugly. Hopefully conservative America can break free from whack job liberal American before that happens.

One cannot spend and borrow forever. However, that simple common sense has been lost on the pointed head of liberalism. The modern liberal sincerely believes that medicare, social security, and now Obamacare will go on indefinately and there will always be funds for social programs. They will be saying that up to the point when angry mobs, "robbed" of thier entitlements in a bankrupt nation, are stringing up the last liberal.

Please explain where the money came from to go to war in Iraq.

Thanks
