You obviously don't know the difference between pointing out a situation (Cummings) and racist rhetoric (Trump).
That's ok though the Germans thought the same about the Nazis in Germany in the 1930's.
That’s right bob, because “Rat” = black people. Right?
Trump is as responsible for local conditions as Rep. Cummings.
If someone needs a civics test, it’s Donald Trump, or more specifically his base, which Trump goes lower and lower to play to their prejudices and ignorance.
You are out of your gourd.
Democrats ran Republicans out of that town long ago.
Has Trump called a town in Appalachia a "dump"? Have we all missed that? That's one of his strong voting bases, so no, no matter how dumpy and meth riddled it is, I don't believe he's called them a "dump".
And a follow up question, has another sitting president ever - ever - called an American city "a dump"?
is there a town in Appalachia that's the size of Baltimore?
That has a Representative who rails against other governmental entities and how they're horrible and subhumanly-disgusting, but has a 2x4 in his eye for his own district?
If he said the same about SanFran - assuming the stories of homelessness, trash, needles, etc are true - would that be racist?

I see you are getting good results from that tin-foil hat you are wearing. Beaming lunacy into your keyboard par excellance'.
Didn't the last three Dem mayors of Baltimore resign over corruption charges?
Two of the three. Dixon resigned, she was diverting gift cards meant for poor families to her personal bank accounts. Rawlings-Blake didn't seek reelection after totally mishandling the Freddie Gray riots. Pugh was the most recent to resign. What she did, wrote a book which was purchased in mass quantities by insurance companies competing for City contracts and the University of Maryland Medical System Board of Directors (she was a Board member) isn't illegal according to Maryland ethics laws but it does look bad. Turned out that most of the UMMS Board members had private businesses that had contracts with the medical system.

Exactly, the germans used character assassination like the media and dems do to trump.
the charge of racism against Trump is so clearly false, the voters see right though it.
Bernie could out down Baltimore and everyone applauded.
So do not think the charge of racism against Trump is taken seriously, it is not.
He called Baltimore "infested". He only uses this term when it is applies to black or brown individuals like Cummings, the four congresswomen, and his other attacks on black or Mexican things things or individuals. To say he is not racist is to stick your head in the sand. He is vile, period.

Pointing out a situation with no solution has often been called racist when Whites have done it. An example would be a White person who says "I am not racist, but..." There is a reason they feel it necessary to begin their observation in that way.
If you don't have a solution, stop pointing it out.
