I know Baltimore like the back of my hand. I've seen it go steadily downhill since Willie Don was mayor. And I don't call criticism of the way it's been run for the past 30 years racist. But I don't see Trump ragging on it as a rat infested hellhole as being helpful.
Maybe not, but the point is they are making such a big deal out of it and twisting it into something else.
He says a lot of negative things about all kinds of people, places, ideas, tweets, etc... this is just another. It isn't special, and it isn't racism. And there is actually truth behind it.
He says things people think and know. We just can't handle the harsh truth because we have become so soft and easily offended over everything because of PC indoctrination.
Quinnipiac released a poll today that was for a survey that started (7/25-7/28) before Trump's latest attacks on Cummings and Baltimore. The majority of those surveyed (51-45 percent) thought President Donald Trump is racist. This sentiment was even more pronounced in the ethnic communities that Trump regularly attacks as black voters replied 80 - 11 percent and Hispanic voters 55 - 44 percent.
Do you think Donald Trump is a racist: YES 51% NO 45%
This isn't really about Baltimore, folks. The city and its people just got dragged into the news because Cummings is chairing the committee that is investigating Trump, and Trump is outraged at that. So he goes after Cummings in the childish bully-boy way he does - including his home district. Call it a distraction move, or more likely, a reptilian gut urge by Trump.

32% of Democratic voters say that any criticism of any black politician is racism. Take out that 32% that would say he's a racist no matter what he does, and you're left with 13%

Let's not lose sight of that.
Actually, didn’t it start with Cummings criticizing Trump’s policy on the southern border? He said Homeland Security had an “empathy deficit”. I believe Cummings lobbed the first shot, and Trump responded by telling Cummings to take care of his own rat-infested backyard.

It is a sad day in America when a majority of its people think the sitting US President is a racist.
agreed. it's sad that the insipid leftist idea that any/all criticism of 'people of color' is inherently 'racist' has infected the thinking of so many.
