If “white people” lived in Africa and “black people” lived in Europe, would the accomplishments of Europe be any less or those of Africa be any greater?
Cairo for example was something like ten times the size of London in the Middle Ages.
Lagos is several times the size of London today. Cairo is still larger than London today but for the most part it's a slum.

Except in the case between medieval Cairo and London, it was reversed. London was the dump and Cairo was the wealthy prosperous city. Ever wondered why the crusaders when they arrived in the Middle East didn't want to leave? Because it was a way nicer place then Europe was back then.

Look where Alexander decided to go when he wanted to conquer the civilized world. Notice he didn't go north or westward.
Here is a map of the wealthiest regions of the Roman Empire. Notice where they all are. It was the Eastern regions that were prosperous that kept the empire afloat. We know from the writings that outside of Italy the European provences were a net drain on the empire. Without Egypt, North Africa, Asia and the Levant, Rome would have never had an empire.
Then there was the dark ages when Europe was hell hole of war and backwardness that lasted for 500 years. During this period of time China, India and the Middle East were all extremely prosperous.

You can't win an endless race. Babylon was the most important city in the world for almost a thousand years. I'm sure the people there then thought to themselves the same thing you do now. We won the race, we are the greatest. Nobody stays on top forever.

I'm talking about the theoretical advancements done in rocket science. Those were principally all Europeans (and mostly done by Germans prior and during WW2). I'm not talking about their interns, janitors, etc.
