Trump said he is the chosen on to take on China. He talked about how the last few presidents should have already have done this, but since they didn't, he is now the chosen one to take on China.
Yep, that's it, but the deranged are further losing their minds over this.
Talking of leaving things out, you conveniently left out that fact that he turned and looked to the sky when he said those words.
The point is, it's another example of the tone-deaf cluelessness of people who are in over their head. It's like when people had to explain to George W. Bush that his use of the word "crusade" was really bad judgment to use pertaining to the mideast.

First of all, the evangelical Christian community believes he is in fact the “chosen one” to end abortion and gay marriage and restore America to being a Christian nation. With that in mind, his base likely fully supports and agrees with him saying he’s the chosen one.
Second of all, if any President or leader for that matter would have said this in pre-Obergefell America people would be calling for his resignation and even talking about the 25th amendment. This would be called blasphemy and he’d be compared to the antichrist. This country has completely lost its mind in its rage.
Not that I think Trump is anything but a nasty dump , he has a valid point. Since Bill Clinton, our elected reps and Presidents have sold us out to China. I remember when It was Japan who was enjoying the lop sided trade deals. China makes Japan look generous.
We could do the Obama, Hillary, Kerry method of first apologize to China then give them exactly what they want at our expense. It's worked so well so far, right?
Why not look at the ones who actually fund the puppets who you vote for? Why do you think the billionaire class spend billions buying the puppets you vote for? Trump is not taking on them. He is empowering the ruling billionaire class. He isnt making sure labor has a seat at the table on trade deals either. Trump is all about enriching his cronies.
