If the court has proven beyond reasonable doubt that a man has raped (defined as vaginal or anal penetration) a woman, man, or child by use of force or coercion, should that rapist be subjected to castration as part of his punishment?

I don't know. Do some countries make that happen? If so, what kind of countries are they?

My only caveat is the same I have with the death penalty: you just can't make a mistake, here. It should be reserved for cases with 100% certainty, like when the retards film it, there were witnesses, etc.

We certainly could not have it for these cases where she says yes, then she says no. That is a form of sexual assault/rape, but who can really know what happened?

But if there is metaphysical certitude that it happened, sure. Even children understand reciprocal justice, and those playing the "cruel and unusual" card are very explicitly less intelligent than the average child.

I seriously doubt this would ever legally fly. Anybody ever heard of the eighth amendment?

No because not everyone convicted is guilty. We also have 18/19 year olds bring charged with statutory rape for having sex with their 16/17 year old girlfriends, which I always found stupid.

Argentina, Poland, the United Kingdom, Moldova, Estonia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Russia, and South Korea have sentenced rapists (mostly pedophiles) to chemical castration, as has Arkansas, California, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Oregon, Texas, and Wisconsin.
A quick google search doesn't show which countries, if any, perform surgical castration.

NO.
The object of punishment is punishment, not dismemberment or mutilation.

No, because our justice system isn't perfect. It would be ridiculous to castrate an innocent person.
