There already is a difficult process for amending the Constitution. Good luck with that. Go ahead have at it.

I absolutely am on topic. If you're interested in saving lives then the same standards should apply to any and all objects/substances that can be used to harm or kill others. Cancer is an act of nature that no mount of laws or regulations can prevent and is irrelevant to this topic. And you've got the nerve to question me for going into the weeds?

Bump stocks are now illegal to own. That's probably from an old ad. Go ahead order and buy one to prove your point.

Although the ban probably wouldn't violate the 2nd Amendment as a bump stock is not a firearm. The ban would more than likely be a violation of Ex Post Facto statutes. See my post #481. I suppose that will have to be decided in the courts if someone or group of individuals decides to fight it.

What the hell does a helmet have to do with anything? Again you've got the nerve to question me for going into the weeds?

There's also been more mass shootings during his tenure than any other presidents. If he wasn't so worried about getting re-elected I'm sure he'd flip flop.

Happy to report my bump stock wouldn't go in my cart. Today I'm informed.

I'll keep my weed whacker until next time

44 had a few under his belt during his tenure too. Including weapons that were sold during his "Fast and Furious" fiasco. Which later turned up at crime scenes. How quickly you forget.

I don't know about the weed whacker? But you'd better stay off the whacky weed.

Man, I gotta' go but this has been fun.

Virtue signaling announcement.
You would think if they were so committed to the cause, they would clean their shelves of these items immediately, right.
No.
Walmart still sells those items, but will not be restocking them.

Yes, Walmart is still selling those items today. They have not stopped selling them. They have announce no reorders. LOL! Commitment!

The "No Weapons" signs that Walmart sells in my state, are not legal in my state. They don't meet the regulations.
According to the local store manager, there will be no signage going up.

At least rednecks pay for their s---.

This Walmart was a hellhole. I had been in there a few times. Cop always on site. More merchandise walking out the store than actually getting paid for.

Guess what? They're closing! Haha! Walmart to close its St. Paul store on University Avenue - StarTribune.com
