Think progress is not progress. They are going back to the dark ages, where you live in caves and use antifa clubs.
They also went after different companies that supported the NRA. The membership of the NRA had companies giving discounts and the Think progress went after those companies. This is all about control. No NRA member was a shooter.
Luckily right wing lunacy sphere is going strong, it grows like cancer to be exact. The owning class invests big in the brainwashing instruments to keep the peons in their stalls away from power and money flows.
Shutting down, because you have no revenues, does a Media compound good.
Rumors of the Death of Think Progress turned out to be greatly exaggerated.
"Revenue" is not a problem - Think Progress is owned/operated by a "non-profit" called CAP.
They rake in over $40 MILLION a year to spend on Liberal Causes ..... including UNIONS. (oops)
The Center for American Progress (CAP) is a liberal Washington, D.C.-based think tank with strong ties to the Democratic Party establishment created in 2003 as the left-of-center alternative to the right-leaning Heritage Foundation. CAP was founded by John Podesta, former White House Chief of Staff for President Bill Clinton, Counselor to the President in the Obama White House, and chair of former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential campaign. Podesta’s goal, according to a New York Times article published when CAP was founded, was to “build an organization to rethink the very idea of liberalism, a reproduction in mirror image of the conservative think tanks that have dominated the country’s political dialogue for a generation.”
Odd - what get's more "liberal" (other that Socialist Presidential Candidates & The Squad) than UNIONS?
The Center for American Progress scuttled plans to relaunch ThinkProgress after recently fired staffers accused the liberal think tank of union busting.
On Friday, the entire staff of ThinkProgress was fired after CAP was unable to find a buyer for the site, leading many to believe that it would be taken out of operation. Navin Nayak, executive director for the Center for American Progress Action Fund, praised the site's writers in an obituary on Monday before delivering the news that the liberal think tank would continue to operate the site, albeit without any of the union staffers.
"We were blindsided by the revelation that CAP intends to continue operating the ThinkProgress site with its own labor, and use the ThinkProgress social media accounts to promote that work," the union said in a statement. "To take away our independent voice and use the wide audience built by ThinkProgress Union staff for other purposes is an affront to the ThinkProgress mission."
CAP decided to "shut down" (like for the weekend) and FIRE all their employees, only to re-open on Monday with CAP Non-Union employees. How "liberal" of them. You couldn't ever make this stuff up.
ThinkProgress to Be Archived After Union Threatens ‘Legal Options’ Against CAP |Daily Beast The potential for a legal challenge over the manner in which ThinkProgress has been shut down creates additional headaches for leadership at CAP, which is the preeminent Democratic think tank in Washington D.C. and one of the more prominent advocates for unions and union workers.

If we all want to play intellectual, you cant pretend that the left thinks anyone who is rich is a bad person, especially in the context of Thinkprogress which comes from C.A.P. which has argued tax policy specifically.
In contrast, does not a blanket statement like yours also warrant the "dont play dumb" argument ?????
