A US Attorney is recommending charges against Andrew McCabe. This decision was apparently appealed within the Justice Department (I did not think that an ordinary person could do that) and the request was denied.

The charges are related to misleading statements made during the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

US attorney recommends proceeding with charges against McCabe

U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu has recommended moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe, Fox News has learned, as the Justice Department rejects a last-ditch appeal from the former top FBI official. McCabe appealed the decision of the U.S. attorney for Washington all the way up to the deputy attorney general, but the department rejected that request, according to a person familiar with the situation.

The potential charges relate to DOJ inspector general findings against him regarding misleading statements during the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
It is about time.

Here we go....

According to the article ... CNN has no comment. It was also not on their homepage a few minutes ago.

This is simple retaliation by Trump. McCabe went back and corrected his statement. Trump lies on an hourly basis and refuses to testify under oath. Hopefully, Trump will be indicted after he leaves office.

CNN would have to vet the story. Fox News story said 'Fox News' has learned but it doesn't cite how they learned. There isn't an official announcement.

Conservative sites are jumping on it.

CNN is wise to figure out how Fox News 'learned' of it before they ran with the story.

If he constantly lies but not under oath, then how will he be indicted? Your statement makes no sense.

More like CNN is taking the time to decide how to spin it.

Of course you would think that.

But this article doesn't cite a formal announcement -- just that 'they have learned'. So you think it is a sure thing?
