It seems like folks that subscribe to the radical right agenda like Fox Primetime aren't informed of Individual 1's corruption.

One of Cohen's felony convictions centers on payments he made to buy the silence of two women, porn star Stormy Daniels and Playmate Karen McDougal, who claimed to have had sexual affairs with Trump. Prosecutors say the payments, which were made in the weeks before the 2016 election, constituted an illegal campaign contribution.

The first check is dated March 17, 2017, and is listed as being from Trump's trust account. It was made out for $35,000.

Cohen says the check was "signed by Don Jr. and Allen Weisselberg."

Anyway, I'll repeat.... the best part of this issue is that McCabe's attorney will get to call Individual 1, his attorneys and Individual 1's co-conspirators (Rosenstein and Barr) to testify. It won't go well for Individual 1 because it means he has to tell the truth.

NYT discussion of the McCabe decision - https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/12/u...stigation.html

Given that we have a liar-in-chief for President who hasn’t found a petty grudge too small in his life and his personal liar and lackey Barr for AG, anything else would have been shocking. Now - all they need is a judge from the Liberty University, and they will even make it stick.

Good article on the case, the prior grand jury expired so now they would need to convene another or go to trial without a grand jury recommendation. Doesn't appear too promising and after 18 months it appears to be retaliation.

Hints of the case’s weakness have since emerged. The investigation was referred about 18 months ago, which is an unusually long stretch for an inquiry with a limited set of facts and witnesses. It dragged on for so long that the first grand jury examining the evidence expired before apparently being called back this week.
One prosecutor assigned to the case recently left, an unusual step so close to an indictment. Another departed for a private law firm and has expressed reservations about the merits of the case.

Because according to virtually all Democrat leftists, anti-Trumpers who opposed Trump and violated the law, should be above the law.

In case you didnt get the memo, Mueller time was a failure. The Ds were out to get Trump and there were no charges against him. Moreover this thread isnt about Trump no matter how much you want it to be.

He could go to prison for each instance of lying for 5 years so 4 X 5 = 20. Maybe CNN will let him broadcast from prison.

Sure but Trump is still here after all his misdeeds and his DOJ is trying to indict a former FBI head, its not as if McCabe fired a FBI head over an investigation or asked one of his attorneys to fire a special prosecutor then lie about it.

I know, I know, Trump is the president, doesn't have to meet the same standard as an FBI director.
