We should also increase natural gas exploration and production to keep us flush with good cheap energy.

“Even though the warm Eemian period was a period when the oceans were four to eight meters higher than today, the ice sheet in northwest Greenland was only a few hundred meters lower than the current level, which indicates that the contribution from the Greenland ice sheet was less than half the total sea-level rise during that period,” says Dorthe Dahl-Jensen, Professor at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen, and leader of the NEEM-project.

The sea levels are going to rise and you can't stop it, so stop pretending you can.
What the heck are you talking about?

Are you confusing the MIS-11 with the Emenian maybe?

Do you think the causes of sea-level rise and ice melt in past are the same as the forcing at work today?

Or more likely: your beliefs are not based on any rational analysis and are trying to make 2+2=5 with motivated reasoning.

who are these people dying in multitudes from climate change?

because of shoddy reporting, we hear the same "fact" (let's say a number) used in multiple ways.

Ninety percent of the world’s urban dwellers breathe air containing unsafe pollution levels, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

92 Percent Of The World's Population Breathes Substandard Air, WHO says
see how this is the "same" number, but for 2 different groups? Which one is real, and which one isn't?

There's no confusion. I'm merely demonstrating using settled science that sea levels rise 3 meters to 14 meters in every Inter-Glacial Period.

Your claim that this Inter-Glacial Period should somehow in some way be different than every previous Inter-Glacial Period is emotionally based, not scientifically based.

Sea levels rose 3 meters to 14 meters even when CO2 levels were 260 ppm to 280 ppm.

Reducing CO2 levels from 400+ ppm to 270 ppm will not stop sea level rise.

The Greenland and Western Antarctic Ice Sheets underwent substantial melting in every previous Inter-Glacial Period, when CO2 levels were 260 ppm to 280 ppm.

Reducing CO2 levels from 400+ ppm to 270 ppm will not prevent the Greenland and Western Antarctic Ice Sheets from melting.

Show us the science proving this Inter-Glacial Period should be different than any other.

Alarmism is a tenet of the Church of the Warming Planet, and no one wishes to cast aspersions on religious belief.
There is no evidence to support a claim that "scientific consensus" is behind the anthropogenic climate change hoax.
Since the 1950s, hoaxsters have proclaimed "by the year XYZ, such and such will wreak catastrophic fill-in-the-blank."
And still the computer predictions have yet to come true, giving one much pause as to the "science" behind the guess work.

Frankly, if AGCC/AGW were true, and the "smart money" was responding to the alarms, it might be believable. But the recent purchase of coastal property by X-prez-O has raised his standing to "Denier #1."

Taxing air and sequestering carbon will become a joke for the remainder of the 21st century.

Yes, it's propaganda affecting the minds of many of our children.

Here's a speech from 1992 compared to the recent speech.

It still the overly dramatic "we're all dying in a few years" speech.

Really don't care much about climate change

Now I care about the Planet as a whole. Think climate change is part of caring for the Planet yes.

I am not huge on big Government interventions. Though I do feel the U.S. Government should set the way and be an example for the whole World on making positive impacts on the environment.

Also feel there has to be a blend of Federal and State power as well. As some Federal regulations though intention can be with good intentions can have a negative impact on a State. Think States should have some or more say with environmental regulations as well.

Definitely think the U.S. should set a time table for plastic bags, plastic straws, and plastic bottles to be phased out of production and use in the U.S.

Transition all rail lines to electric. Fund the way for clean energy trucks. Support research in creating AWD non fossil fuel vehicles and eventually transition to non fossil fuel vehicles being only automobiles sold in the U.S.

Support globally achieving nuclear fusion as an energy source.

Support research in creating sustainable housing and ways to reduce urban sprawling.

Support/fund local and small farmer's in utilizing sustainable farming techniques.

Support bringing back the Conservation Corp. Support quasi partnership with private and non-profit organizations to protect Federal protected land.

Supplemental Federal funds rewarding U.S. businesses and States that meet or Excel over environmental standards set by the Federal Government.
