So U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine Kurt Volker resigned.

Wonder why.

It is a procedure required specifically by the US Constitution. Just because you and others that that think like you regard the highest and best use of that revered document to be cut in squares and used as toilet paper, it does not follow that your adversaries agree or think like you do, only with the reverse application.

As an aside, if and when the Senate acquits Trump for this politically contrived farce, it will be a huge victory for him. If you think he is not winning in 2020 after that, then you probably need to think again.

Good video by Rep Collins.

Dems know on a level playing field where R's can call their own witnesses this sham will die. Thus no vote on the floor or actually moving forward with an actual Formal Impeachment Proceeding.

Default First House Republican backs impeachment inquiry

First House Republican backs impeachment inquiry | The Hill 09/27/19

Rep. Mark Amodei (R-Nev.) on Friday became the first House Republican to voice support for an impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

In a conference call with reporters, Amodei made clear he wouldn’t vote to impeach Trump, but he also expressed concern over the president’s dealings with Ukraine, adding that the House should “put it through the process and see what happens.”

“I’m a big fan of oversight, so let’s let the committees get to work and see where it goes,” he said, according to audio of the call released by The Nevada Independent.

“Using government agencies to, if it’s proven, to put your finger on the scale of an election, I don’t think that’s right,” Amodei added. “If it turns out that it’s something along those lines, then there’s a problem.”

Other that attempted bribery/extortion using the office of the president and taxpayer funds to attempt to rig the 2020 election, you are correct.

Rudy Colludy is a sad case. He could have retired as the hero mayor during 9/11, but instead got power hungry.

Greed kills.

Sorry but without a floor vote by the House, the subpoenas are just pieces of paper that do not have to be adhered to. No repercussions at all for not appearing. All this will be is another dragged out series of attempts at more Dog and Pony shows. Keeps the MSM coffers full after the Russian Hoax and latest Kavanaugh nonsense ran their course. More TV time for Adam and he can have more screen tests.

This is all for the cameras to sway public opinion.

Bingo.

The court of public opinion is where this will be decided.

You can bet he farm that all those Republicans who claim they haven't read the whistleblower's report will be reading the polls.
