How can the President (not Trump necessarily ANY PRESIDENT) just sent troops to a country for money?

If this Presidency has taught us anything -- it is how much the President can do without checks or balances.

Do we really support this kind of action?

Patriotism -- selling our military who signed up to serve the country to the highest bidder.

Who knew?

I said yes, not to protect the Saudis but to counter Iranian aggression.

I am sure he is not only in love but terribly envious that he can't do that to his enemies.

How any you can even sport a MAGA hat is beyond me. I don’t blame anyone for snatching it. Now it just represents betrayal and loyalty to money. Because that’s what this is all about, and only the money of Trump and his cronies..
It's nauseating. Most Corrupt President. Ever.

Somehow it doesn't surprise me, I would not put anything past him at this point.

But I thought he was going to bring the troops home, and put an end to the endless wars?

So are we defending our interests or are we defending Saudi interests?

And is there a new list of bad guys with Iran at the top and every one else isn't so bad or we don't care about?

How do we know (as in hard evidence) that saudia arabia is paying the US government for this support -- and not the US president and his flunkies personally? What is the actual written agreement re this military action, the unclassified part that people can access?

Because it's looking more and more like this country doesn't have a president. It's got some guy who is running a criminal enterprise out of the white house.

We have to take the PResident at his word -- LOLOL -- I just cracked myself up.

Point -- he seems to think it makes it all good that he is choosing to send the USA miliatary to Saudi after complaining about bringing home military.

THere i something wrong with this man.

One day pulling troops because he is bringing troops home -- risking more chaos and ISIS breeding ground development and then two days later sending more military to another country.

THere is something wrong with this man

So you agree with bmmccormick; it turns our soldiers into mercenaries, i.e., professional soldiers for hire. Personally, I'm not okay with that.
