I think, overall, Unions needlessly drive up the costs of doing business (bad) and protect bad employees (bad).
The "good" they do is only "good" for one side - labor - and bad for everyone else.
It is sad that some people have to have the crutch of collective bargaining, and can't make it on their own two feet.

Collective bargaining in the Boardroom is how it's done on that side. Self-interest, whether it be for labor or management, is by definition bad for everyone else. When everyone at the table has equal footing to represent their own self-interest then the best deal for everyone can be reached.
I notice that you have to keep putting other people down in you posts instead of just making your point. It's a bad look.
