Sometimes it is the father that is abandoned by the mother with child, and family court. Abandoned children suffer possibly irreversible mental distress.

Perhaps but American Indian is a small percentage and a lot of diverse people get mixed in with white who are ancestrally middle eastern, north African or mestizo latinos. Point is Asians and whites tend to be closer in positive outcomes.

Well based on the information presented, and the census bureau, the data shows that per capita whites have the lowest rates of giving kids to the CPS (or having them taken).

I'm not claiming whites are the model family, just that from the data presented, in the context of the quote I responded to, Whites made the "Best Parents".
