Some lame Democrats insist on polls but you see where that got them in 2016, right?

Exactly. If a Republican President gets away with it, future Democrats can get away with it too.

Negative. As I said, I don't believe future presidents will be inclined to engage in this behavior, unless they want to invite impeachment.

I did not read the article nor the specific question asked for the poll, but, being a political rival does not make someone immune to an investigation.

The issue is not the investigation request, it is the withholding of resources in exchange for it.

If 70 percent do not understand that...

The tide is starting to turn.

A majority (51%) now favor removal in this poll, but a much larger majority are now prepared to say what the facts clearly indicate. Trump's actions were wrong, corrupt, and not compatible with the office of POTUS.

That is overwhelmingly clear to any sane, intelligent observer of these proceedings.
What % of those answering the poll even know what his actions were?

It would be wrong to invite foreign interference in the election even without the withholding of official govt acts.

Digging up dirt on the Biden's for the 2020 campaign was perfectly ok.

Asking a foreign country to assist in this effort and especially conditioning official acts of the US gov on such assistance was totally out of bounds.
What is your honest opinion of Hunter Biden and how he was able to snag a job for $50,000 a month, for which he had no experience and nobody in HR recommended to drug test him? I appreciate your answer. Also, if you were going to be offered a high paying position tomorrow, would you be likely be drug tested?

The GOP doesn't get to make the low information charge. That's Trump's base more than anyone else.

Those of us who understand his actions were improper are informed of the basic facts.

Again, someone running for office does not make them immune to being investigated for a crime, no matter where the crime occurred.

It sounds like corruption to me, and I think it will end Biden's candidacy if his cognitive decline doesn't.

I'm totally fine with Trump making that an issue in the campaign.

I'm not ok with my taxpayer dollars being used as a lever to advance that line of investigation when I do not support Trump and his re-election campaign.
