Clinton got 3 million more votes.
Some last minute shenanigans with Cambridge Analytics, Russian social media, and Trump rallies clinched enough EC votes to let him slide in.
But he lost the election.
By 3 million votes.
Where we go from here is anybody's guess.

This is pure speculation on your part - and makes little sense given that Barr and his DoJ have disavowed being enlisted to "research possible corruption" by the Bidens once Sessions and Whitaker left office. Not even the White House has made this claim.

I think the dems are rushing it because they don't have anything to impeach Trump for. They waited as long as they could, and this is the last chance to get him before the next election primary voting starts.
The Senate democrats running for president will suffer for Pelosi and Schiff's bumbling, because they will be stuck in Washington for the trial, while their opponents, like Biden are out campaigning
