When we refer to court cases, we refer to it in proper format "___ v ___", not simply "____".... There are books called "Nixon", there are no Court cases called "Nixon"...
It is common to say Nixon or the Nixon case as shorthand to the wordy US v Nixon name. Not just in writing but verbal. I mean we don't call the Rodney King case, The People v Briseno, Powell, Solano, and Wind; the OJ Simpson trial, The People v OJ Simpson; the Clinton Impeachment as The U.S. v Clinton; or the Andrew Johnson Impeachment as the The U.S. v Johnson...
How come you allowed Trump to walk on his criminal activity?
Actually, the question will be, why did you (dems/libs/lefties) BS us citizens for 3 years, clearly stating there was russia collusion in plain sight....and all you came up with after 3 years is this BS? What happened to quid pro qo and all of that?
I keep asking this question but get no answers. How is the Trump impeachment process different than the Clinton impeachment? If the Clinton impeachment process was justified, why isn't this?
The purpose of impeachment is to determine fitness for office, it is not a criminal proceeding.

Impeaching someone who didn't do a crime is unheard of... It lowers the bar.... Nobody has been impeached purely on partisan sides either....

It is obvious that Trump is unfit for the office. A large part is due to his criminal back ground.

Abuse of office/power is unquestionably an impeachable offense and was viewed as such by (at least) the majority of the Framers. Even if no criminal statute was violated.
