Clinton lied about a consensual relationship between him and another woman. He didn't extort another country to try and dig up dirt on his political opponent. I'm not a huge Clinton fan, of either one of them, but I think lying about a blow job is a bit less of a national security issue.

If you're referring to the legitimacy of the impeachment about nothing without a crime, facts, or witnesses, then yes the legitimacy is questioned.

So what has changed now? Has Trump had his powers as president limited? Has Joe Biden got a bigger chance of winning now? I mean we all know This is what it is all about. A desperate hail Mary saying to voters “see, since Trump is impeached, you have to vote for Biden”
