I haven't even read the article yet, but I will test my logic and instincts. My hunch is that this is about what happened to Jeffrey Epstein or something within that realm of possibilities.

Barr has illustrated the weakness in out Judicial system, it requires people that actually have a moral compass. We could easily have a Democrat version of Barr in the future because no one has taken steps to curtail this nonsense that is going on.
Republicans think its funny now but when Democratic Barr type character gets the position they will also find themselves in the fetal position. There is too much power in the executive branch and no one will curtail that power because they want it for their party.
Shine a light on what? This is another guy with no direct knowledge of any conversations with the President. Rudy is a private citizen. As a private citizen Rudy can say or do or investigate what he wants and is not entangled by government regulations.
