In 2018, students in Rhode Island filed a Federal Complaint averring they have been denied educational opportunities under various Constitutional rights, mainly Civics courses/classes.

A hearing on a Motion to dismiss was heard in Dec.2019, no ruling as of yet.

The Causes of Actions start on page 42, par. 121.
