As long as they follow the state constitutions in the matter then go for it.

See, pretty simple. Follow the agreed upon rules to determine something and then live with the outcome.

Agreed. And I seriously doubt that WV even wants them, considering the finacial burden that would ensue.

IMO that would be fantastic. A bluer Virginia and a West Virginia that keeps losing population gaining a bunch of Trump supporters? All good.
