I'm so glad I walked away from the Democrat party.

I supported them and their candidates for decades but I changed my party affiliation last year.

I'm a strong, independent, successful woman and I raised two good kids to be successful adults on my own.

I supported Clinton, and worked on both the Kerry and Obama campaigns. Obama was a particularly bitter disappointment as President.

I don't believe either party is really working for average Americans, I believe we are mostly on our own. I also don't believe either party is free from corruption. Not by a long shot.

But today's Democrats, and these nasty, hateful and childish group of women especially, do not represent me at all.

Pelosi actually acted illegally. That signed (by POTUS) copy of the SOTU address she received is a government record. US Code prohibits the destruction of government records. A violation of 18 USC § 2071, Section 2071 (a) such as that is punishable by up to three years in prison.

Pelosi in prison for three years is a start. Lock her up.

I believe we're on the same side. The $3500 per month is the approximate take-home pay of a "middle earner" making $50,000 annually - and who has seen his or her premiums skyrocket to nearly $1000, with the big increases beginning, as you point out, with the passage of Obamacare.

What adds insult to injury is that the deductibles went up substantially once Obamacare was passed, as well. What now remains (unless you're low-income and then you get free or nearly free) is the middle-earners are paying "gold-level" premiums for what is essentially catastrophic care.

And he'll go down in history as only the third president to be impeached. Forever a mark on his already failure of a presidency. The world is laughing at him.

Exactly. Partisan vote for impeachment, but bipartisan vote AGAINST impeachment in the House. We'll see what happens with the acquittal vote in the Senate today. The acquittal vote may very well also be bipartisan.

Yes, childish but I can accept that more than I can how Nancy acted.

You want to use a big whip on Trump? I'm not one for violence but if anyone needed a whipping . . . I was pulling hard for Ben Carson, but the Republicans were all for nominating the least experienced bully in the room, who insulted his way to the Republican nomination.

Did you mean big whoop?

Medicare for all alone is expected to cost over $40 TRILLION with a T over 10 years. Basically, Bernie wants to blow up the entire US economy and have the government run it. What Trump is proposing is peanuts by comparison. And you made a point I suppose you didn't mean to make. Trump is working to do what is best for people and not a partisan hack. He gets involved when he sees a need.
