He may have indeed refused to shake Nancy's hand, but the video is not clear on that point, he may just not had seen her extend her hand. But if he did refuse to shake her hand, good on him. Nancy Pelosi is a lying partisan hack that has been working to undermine his Presidency for 3+ years, and began a politically motivated impeachment of him just to smear him. All the while claiming that she was "praying for the President".
Nonsense. Nancy Pelosi for a long time did not want to bring impeachment charges, not because Putin-loving Trump did not deserve them, but because it was obvious that the Republican Senators are so afraid of Trump's possibility of giving them a rude nickname (or worse, much worse) and would never vote to convict no matter what wrong he does. That is how it is playing out.
Pelosi did not work to undermine Trump. His own actions did that.
Pelosi is a decent woman, and she extended her hand to Trump prior to his speech. It didn't look to me (from the angle I saw) as though Pence extended his hand to Trump, and neither did Trump extend his hand to Pence. However, it appears that Trump may have outright snubbed her, and it bothered her, I'm sure.
In any case, Nancy Pelosi does not deserve to be called a hack or a hag.

That was a fantastic State of the Union speech, his best yet, it made me proud to be an American and then you saw the sour grapes democrats sitting their with their scowls and childish tantrums, and I felt so disgusted and embarrassed for them......
